Come early to our weekly Country Market as many goods (especially cakes and fresh produce) are sold within the first few minutes.

The market is open on Friday mornings at 9.30 a.m. and is held on the ground floor of the Town Hall in Victoria Street, Painswick. We are co-located with the Post Office outreach service and the Painswick Community Library occupies the floor above. For exceptions to the opening arrangements and for details on wheelchair access, please click on When & Where above.

The market has a range of fresh locally grown or home made produce for sale. It operates to high quality standards - our cooks have hygiene certificates and there are strict pricing and quality controls. All baked goods are wrapped for extra cleanliness. For further details, please click on Produce & Quality above.
