Painswick Country Market gives you the opportunity to sell your produce without the overheads of starting your own business.

The Market is a non-profit making organisation, but a commission of 10% is levied on all sales to cover overheads. The rest is returned to the producer, usually at the end of each month.

Each producer is expected to help with the running of the market.

The market is a co-operative made up of cooks, bakers, gardeners and craft workers. All producers are shareholders in the co-operative. Anyone over 16 can be a shareholder - it only costs 5p.
