Gyde House was built as an orphanage in 1919. It was converted into flats in about 2000. Gyde Lodge was built at the same time as Gyde House Gyde Almshouses 1-10 were built in 1912-13. Marling House, previously known as Marling Cottage (until after 1996), was built in the mid 1960s. The Surgery was built in about 1994. Rowancroft and The Bungalows 12-17 were built in about 1963. |
