Gerrans, previously known as Ty Maerian (1987), Rockleigh (1977-84), Pentwyn (1968-73) and Capethorn (to 1965), was built in the late 1950s. Four houses were built in the early 1960s: Woodruff, previously known as Valley Ridge (1984-1990) and Deep Roofs(to 1980); The Vicarage, previously known as Foxwell (1984-87), Kilima (1973-77) and Kibweni (to 1968); Kempside; and Hobbs Barton. Manzanas and Underleaf, previously known as St Johns (to about 2003), were built in the mid or late 1950s. Cherry Trees was built in early 1990s. |
