Tibbiwell (Street), Tibbiwell Gardens and Tibbiwell Lane

Tibbiwell and Tibbiwell Lane (below Kemps Lane) are two old roads in Painswick. Tibbiwell was sometimes known as Tibbiwell Street.

Gwynfa Cottage, previously known as The Old Coach House.



Northeast side, from St Marys Street:
The March Hare is about 400 years old.
Upper Cottage is about 400 years old.
Golden Heart Cottage is about 300 years old.
Shoestring Cottage, previously known as Frith Cottage (1984) and Frith View (to 1980), is about 250 years old.
Woodham Cottage, previously known as Tumut (to 1987).
Ha'penny Cottage, previously known as Tibbiwell (to 1973).


Tibbiwell Lane:
Southwest side, from Kemps Lane:
Upper Tibbiwell Cottages 1 and 2.
Stonebarrow is believed to have been built in about 1760.
Lantern Cottage, previously known as Ardesley Cottage (to 1970), is believed to have been built in about 1680.
Spring Cottage.
Phoenix Cottage was built about 1950.
Barrow Cottage was built between 1973 and 1988.
Quinta was built in early 1970s.
Lower Tibbiwell Cottages, 1 and 2.

Northeast side:
March Cottage and Tibbiwell Gardens 1-4 were built 200 years ago.
Horseshoe Cottage.
Prospect Terrace 1-4.
Little Garth was built in mid or late 1950s.
Towys was built in early 1970s.
Tabitha's Well is thought to have been built in the late 1970s, on the site of an older building.
