Inscription on plate:
To the Memory of Hester the beloved Wife of Daniel Spring of this Parish. Carpenter and Builder. She departed this life May 12th 1833 Aged 56 Years.
Also of one Son and four of their daughters. Helen died July 11 1812 Aged 13 Months. Sarah Died March 13 1826 Aged 19 Years. John died March 21 1829 Aged 24 Years. Ann died Feb 1 1830 Aged 29 Years. Mary died June 16th 1838 Aged 35 Years.
The above named Daniel Spring died the 6th day of January 1860. In the 85th year of his age. His remains are deposited beneath this stone.
